This class was born out of Cynthia’s reflection on how visual journaling literally made her an artist.
Her early journals were about keeping a sketchbook and jotting down notes. When she re-visited them, though, she found them full of hidden insights about herself and immediately realized the value of journaling as a means of personal discovery.
