Xavier and I thank you, Barb! Honestly, I get a lot of my ideas from Xavier. He’s got more to tell you…watch coming Fridays for his French nuggets of wisdom. ๐
Xavier is on to something… all this guilt and negativity about the fat and carbohydrates, which if consumed, will steal your health, making you fat and unappealing etc etc I know that eating a bit of fat and carbs and some decadent treats will keep me from snacking incessantly because they satisfy. No fat, sugar free, no carbs etc makes for a dissatisfied, grumpy, and uncreative soul!
You are so right, Carol! Deprivation just makes us shrively like raisins. Xaviers says he likes his people a little plump – like they’re really absorbing a lot of life. That’s what he said, anyway.
I’ve been enjoying your blog for a few months now, but this was so funny, cracked me up in fact, that I had to pop over and leave a comment. Very witty and wise!
Thanks, Patty! I appreciate that you took the time to leave a comment. Xavier appreciates it too, though when I told him you thought he was witty and wise, he raised his shoulders, shrugging, and said, bah….(It’s the French birthright to be witty.)
Another great video that made me smile and chuckle. LOVE your creativeness!

LOL! I hadn’t thought about the weight of the guilt. Now i’m hungry! ๐
Thanks, Barb!
Eat with pleasure and without guilt!
Great video to start the day. I think I’ll pop over to the local french bakery here in Denver and get a spot of love for breakfast.
Good idea, Lisa! Hope you enjoyed it.

Wise man, Xavier! I had never thought of it from that perspective before. I shall enjoy my food, without guilt!
Glad you have a new perspective for eating and enjoying it, Renee!
Oh my gosh…are those min-pins you are dog-sitting!
Delightful art and post!
All the best,

Thanks, Mary! They are miniature pinchers. I never heard ‘min-pin’ but I like it!
