Am sitting here with my friend Monica, who was trying to go home 20 minutes ago. Or more. So I said, “But wait! You have to see this woman I discovered. She’s a writer! And a coach! And she travels…and does yoga too! We would hang out with her if she weren’t somewhere else!” So Monica stayed a little longer. And a little longer, still. We’ve now watched 3 of your videos. I think she’s leaving now. But first we had to say hi.
Can’t wait to hear about Paris! And hope you’re having fun with your Dad, too.
    Cheers!

Hi Cynthia. Enjoing you juju. Am now embarking on my own juju which was to be a 6 month cycle tour around UK, Ireland and Europe. Day 4 was forced off the bike now recovering from broken clavicle & thumb. On all things creativity is key! When I do get back on the road it will be all that much sweeter.

That is the best Thom York cover ever!
“Lost” may be over but we still have JuJu!
    Peace – Carl

@Cynthia – Have a great time with dad and family. The weekend here in San Diego is fabulous! I hope yours is great too.
@Carl – ouch! Sorry to hear that happened to you. Your attitude sounds good and positive, and you’ll be back on the bike in no time.
    Good luck on your trip.

    Hi Cynthia,
Congratulations on your two month anniversary of Journey JuJu videos. Well Done! indeed. I just got back from Sweden and found I was doing yoga stretches (and breathing) during the flight – managed to stay in my own little bubble and enjoyed flights over and back without any problems. And even though BA were on rolling strikes and kept cancelling/rescheduling portions of my trip, I just kept thinking about my new travel mantra: journey juju- and even the delays were great. Managed a surprise visit with friends and family while waiting 18 hours for next flight. THAT is journey juju.
Bon Voyage. Safe flight, and enjoy spending time with Sylvia Beach.
    Carolyn.

"For years, I struggled with this belief that I wasn't good enough, that I wasn't a real writer, that I wouldn't be able to follow through. Your coaching and support opened something in me that had gone dormant.

With your words in my ears and my heart finding new excitement, I pushed the words across the page. My first novel is complete. You, dear Cynthia, helped me lay the dominoes. I can’t thank you enough for the motivation, the inspiration, and the reminder that I was meant to write."

Tabetha Hedrick
Author

"Cynthia has given me my writing voice. I can now say I am a writer. My newsletter readers tell me how much they love receiving it!

Cynthia has a great spark of life that just shines out. She engages in a way that encourages you to challenge yourself as a writer and is there to help pull you out if you get stuck or lost."

"Cynthia helped me drive a short story across the finish line. I recommend Cynthia if you want to learn about your own writing process in an experiential way and get practice on things like letting go of perfectionism for a greater goal."

Roseanne

"Cynthia helped me so much to develop a writing practice. I love her approach to combining creativity and action. It's gentle and effective and highly self compassionate."

Laila Atalah

"Because of my work with Cynthia, I have been able to embrace my artist's path and choose a lifestyle that truly speaks to my soul. Instead of trying to be and do everything, I now follow my true desires with courage, joy and serenity.

Cynthia is intuitive, down-to-earth, straightforward and honest. She can read between the lines, and she never lets me run away, give in and give up. Cynthia is a fabulous mentor and an amazing artist."
