Another great show Cynthia. And thanks for showing the sights, sounds and tastes of Paris! I should have waited until tomorrow to watch, however. I’m fasting tonight for some medical blood work in the morning and you show us gelato! And pain! And that scrumptious almond croissant! And I know it all tastes even better because you’re there!
I can hear and see the juju excitement in your videos since you’ve been there and it’s great to see. Looking forward to a recap at some point, which I know you will video.
    Bon appetit!

Vraiment les infusions de juju sont adorables !
I think they are so entertaining and you’ve really swept us away to Paris with you. I can never manage to watch them without smiling or laughing !
Little question – what do you recommend for editing video clips ?

Another fun episode, Cynthia! This is just such a treat for me every week to watch you in Paris.
I would have loved all the clothes in the window- so up my alley- so darling!
It was great to hear more about Sylvia Beach- I wish I could read your book right now! It is so hard to wait.
Question: I’ve been dying to know about the reddish-pi.jpgnk stone you wear quite often. What is it and where did you get it? Your sense of style always makes me smile.

Thank you for another great episode! I’m thoroughly enjoying (vicariously) all of the wonderful French food you have been sharing with all of us. You had way too much fun with that bread, lol. Did the lady in the red dress ever notice you following her? Looking forward to the next installment! Have a safe trip home!

It is pure torture watching your episodes of Paris! How can manage not feigning sickness, ditching work, take the bus down to funky Denver and catch the next flight to this incredible city?
Fabulous episode! Was that your first zoooooom shot?
Why do you need a camera person, they would only intrude upon your marvelous Cinéma vérité!
je vous remercie de l’extase visuelle incroyable!

Carl is surely right – no need for a camera person. The authenticity of your current process just makes us feel that much closer to the action. Filming these yourself has created a thrilling sensation that we’re right there with you.
Thank you and thank you. It’s possible this was my favorite of the Juju Infusions so far! You ARE inspiring me to live life as a daring adventure!

I can’t wait to read your book as well. It sounds so totally interesting! I have been reading things about Silvia Beach because I had never heard of her until I met you. Have a safe trip home! It feels that time flies..didn’t you just get to Paris???

Ahhhh, Cynthia…merveilleux!! The looks, the sounds, your words all take me to Paris. I could practically taste the croissant (my personal favorite from the patisserie)…how many times have I watched someone take a baguette from the boulangerie and bite the end off just one step out of the door (yes, I’ve even done it myself when it was warm)…
    Merci beaucoup!!

    Michael,
That wasn’t the best idea to watch these while fasting. Even I drool when I see them and I’ve already eaten the stuff!
Thank you for watching and for commenting. I like the recap idea. I have tons of future Paris videos in the making!
    Rhiannon,
Thank you! Your words make me smile. I am so glad you feel like you’re there with me, and that they are entertaining.
I started editing with FlipShare, then moved to iMovie and have bought Final Cut Express, which I haven’t started using yet. I like iMovie so far. A few things that will be better in Final Cut that will help a lot.
I look forward to your videos!
Thanks, Susan, the encouragement for my novel really helps. I am glad you like the food torture vids! More to come!
Andrea, The chase was great. I got tons of inspiration. More than expected. Now I have to buckle down and write…next week! I so wanted that dress. Alas.
    Barbara,
Thanks for the love! I am having fun with the videos and really got into a groove with that last one in Paris.
The stone is Botswanan Agate, given to me by my friend Elizabeth Locey (whom you can find on Facebook if you want). She’s into stones and crystals and gave me this in December. At first I thought it was too big and pink but now you can see I love it a lot. The only problem is I can’t really wear earrings with it; it’s too dominant!
Thanks Carl! Did I have a zoooom shot? I’ve been playing with it. And loving it. I love every minute of the editing, which allows me to relive it all!
    Dovelily,
I did have fun with that bread! It seemed so silly and cute, it made me silly.
I don’t think the woman noticed me. She was on the phone. French women seem pretty wrapped up in their glory. I was subtle with the filming and only got busted a few times.
    Melody!
Thank you! I’m glad to know that the videos are getting better, or more enticing. The food is a real visual treat, and there’s more to come! I may do a whole Paris food issue.
The camera work got a lot better once I was able to prop it up on its tripod so I could get some distance. I like that a lot and feel like a reporter!
    Dora,
I’m glad you liked the food. I still want more of it but now that I am home I see it’s still with me, around my middle! Back to biking and yoga and spinach for me!
It didn’t go quickly for me. It seemed just right. Some days I wanted to stay longer, some days I just wanted to be home. I savored it all and will go back soon, I’m sure!
Thanks, Anne! I thought a video of people emerging from the boulangerie, tearing that baguette end off would be fun. It’s impossible to resist. Maybe a little Parisian air dust gets onto the baguette and makes it taste better!
