About Coach
Cynthia Morris

You've done the inner work. You've built something real. And yet there's a part of you that still feels like you're managing around something you can't quite reach. Old patterns, fears, and beliefs that no amount of effort has been able to shift taint the happiness you deserve to enjoy.

You're looking for someone who understands that. Not just the methodology, but the landscape. Someone who knows what it's like to be accomplished and still stuck, to be growth-oriented and still carrying something old, to have tried everything and still crave a deeper peace.

I'm Cynthia Morris. I've been in that landscape — as a coach for 26 years, and as someone who lived it myself.

How I got here

For most of my career, I helped my high-achieving, smart coaching client by using the tools of traditional coaching — focus, accountability, creative process strategy. And these tools worked.

But they took a long time. Because at least half of every meaningful creative or leadership endeavor isn’t about strategy. The work that moves the needle is about navigating the inner obstacles: insecurity, confusion, fear of vulnerability and exposure, worry that you and your work aren’t good enough.

I could discuss these obstacles with my clients. I could help them develop strategies for working through them. But I could never completely shift them at the root.

QEC changed that.

QEC: an approach that brings real change

I found Quantum Energy Coaching after publishing my second novel, when I was struggling with post-publication emotional pain that no amount of prior inner work could touch.

Over the years, I had tried talk therapy, hypnotherapy, group therapy, EMDR, plant medicines, BodyTalk. I was deeply committed to being fully myself, and even though I can claim success with my published books, thriving coaching practice, and life-changing creativity retreats, inside I was still stuck in old patterns.

What happened through QEC astonished me. In a series of sessions, beliefs I’d carried for decades dissolved. “It’s better to hide” became “I am here to speak up, to serve and inspire.”

Social anxiety that had plagued me for years vanished completely. I became more fully and consistently the person I had always known I was underneath: calm, patient, spacious, trusting.

I knew immediately that this was the missing piece in my coaching practice. I enrolled in the practitioner certification program, learned and healed more along the way, and earned my certification directly from QEC founder and trainer Dr. Melanie Salmon.

Now, all my clients begin with QEC. Once the inner obstacles are eradicated — not managed, not white-knuckled through, but actually released — the path to meaningful work becomes remarkably clear.

It takes far less time and energy to be a fulfilled creative, a grounded leader, a person who actually enjoys their success when QEC has cleared the way.

Rave reviews

“Being coached by Cynthia highlighted my unrevealed gifts. Our time together has revolutionized the way I work and lead my companies. Her wisdom about creativity and productivity has added value to every area of my life from personal health to creativity and generating wealth. Cynthia’s coaching is like supercharging a normal engine; there is no comparison.”

— John Marsh, Founder, Marsh Collective

"I couldn’t have chosen a better coach. Cynthia has such a great understanding of what it is to be a creative person and an artist. She knows our mindset, our pitfalls, our dreams, and most importantly, our needs and how to respond to them.

I recommend working with Cynthia if you want to feel empowered, understood, and creatively stimulated! She is extremely professional, there is support even between calls, and it makes a huge difference to know you've got Cynthia (whom I greatly admire) out there really rooting for you!" Andrea Wedell

“Because of my work with Cynthia, I have been able to embrace my artist’s path and choose a lifestyle that truly speaks to my soul. Instead of trying to be and do everything, I now follow my true desires with courage, joy and serenity.

Cynthia is intuitive, down-to-earth, and honest. She can read between the lines, and she never lets me run away, give in and give up.”
