Reclaim Your Body's Wisdom

Transform your relationship with yourself

Saturday, November 15, 2025

with Cynthia Morris and De West

Perhaps you’ve worked with different modalities to develop a new relationship with your body. You seek ease and peace with your human form, but have yet to find it.

We have found that entirely new insights arise from bringing movement and writing together.

Using these modalities together, we can finally hear the truest messages from ourselves that have been silenced for too long.

The experience

Using gentle exercises and reflective writing, we’ll tap the wisdom of our bodies. We will honor our unique truth and develop ways to set aside inaccurate stories we have been told about our bodies.

Gentle movement practices guide us into listening, so we can get in touch with our bodies in new ways.

Reflective writing practice then brings voice to our bodies, writing from the body and not about the body.

You've never done anything like this. Prepare for exporation, ease, discovery and a new rapport with yourself and your body.

What you'll gain

  • insights into your body's stories
  • new ways to relate to your body
  • practical skills you can access anytime, anywhere
