Only one spot left!
You've wanted to connect with your writer for a long time. Let's do it in Paris.
You know you want more time with your writer, but it's easy to let other roles take priority.
You wish you had access to your true writer self so it's easier to make time for your writing.
You have lots of ideas but need to find the courage to ink them.
You thrive in community with like-minded, adventurous creative peers.
You dream of a Paris writing workshop with like-minded peeps.
Your writer is waiting for you in Paris.
There’s something about Paris. It evokes our deepest, wildest creative self to come to the surface. We are inspired by the beauty everywhere in the food, architecture, fashion and street art.
And, Paris helps us tap into our deep desires. Who are we really, under our roles? How can we live with our creativity in the lead? Paris somehow lures out our most vulnerable and tender selves. We’re moved by the city as we move through it.
I’ve been leading writing workshops in Paris since 2005. My Paris historical novel and many of my writing projects have been inspired by my time there. Now, I bring my writer and writer’s coach out to lead an inimitable and life-changing writing workshop.
"I appreciated the balance between "classroom time" and free time. It felt like a good balance. I also appreciated the thoughtfulness that went into every class, including things like the writer's kit, the surprise treats, etc." - Stephanie Vessely
What happens when you commit to connect with your writer in new ways? After a writing workshop in Paris...
No more second-guessing your writing instincts
You learn how to trust the words that are waiting just below the surface.
No more painful months or years stuck in writer’s block
You finally figure out how to consistently make time for your writing.
No more wishing you could write your truth and be heard
You feel the power of authenticity at a deep level.
Your writer is always with you but gets pushed to the back. Now, you get to meet your writer to develop a new relationship that will last long after you leave Paris.
Your inner critic doesn't want you to have this kind of fun and transformation:
“My writing isn't as important as other things I do.”
“I have writing ideas but am afraid to commit.”
“Do I really need to go to Paris to do this?”
“What will others think of me and my writing?”
We’ve all had these thoughts...it’s normal.
Let's have a blast in Paris with our writers in the lead.
Meet Your Writer in Paris
is designed for writers like you...
"I absolutely recommend your Paris writing workshop. You are fun and created a very safe container for me to go deep. You are a writing blacksmith forging formidable fabulists, essayists, novelists, and quill pushers in six days." - Liebe Wetzel

Meet your writing coach and bon vivante, Cynthia Morris
I’m Cynthia Morris. I love getting people
unstuck so they can be more authentic in their lives and creativity.
A writer since 1994, I have put my pen to many genres: short story, essay, roundup articles for newspapers, non-fiction books, how-to articles and blogs, course curricula, and even a Paris historical novel.
I am also a watercolor artist and have created many bodies of work including illustrating a marketing book for artists.
One of my clients called me the Swiss Army Knife of writer’s coaches because of the range of experience I bring.
I’m a certified coach, working with clients and students as a coach/teacher since 1999. Lots of people offer writing workshops, but very few have over 20 years experience facilitating the writing process for students and clients.
I've traveled to Paris nearly every year since 2000, and I have led 10 creativity and writing workshops there. I know the city well and am always discovering more.
What does this mean for you?
I hold space for your daring creative adventures. I live at my creative edge and know how to help others dare creatively, too. I love sharing my favorite Paris spots and resources.
"Cynthia Morris is a gentle coach who allows you to explore creative processes in a supportive environment. The combination of Cynthia's coaching, supportive group energy, and exploring the neighborhoods and sights of Paris is something every writer should experience."

"I loved the entire experience. The workshop was very transformative for me. Meeting and hanging out with like-minded creatives who are doing their creative thing was very cool.
I liked that there were different genres and different ways that we wrote coming into the workshop. The workshop helped to open my mind to the many possibilities and challenged me to try new ways of creatively generating new work. I also enjoyed the group writing.
There was just the right amount of group and alone time. The excursions were also perfect for sensory experiences. I loved the tea and pastries. The water is where I love to be so the river cruise allowed me to see some of the tourist places without going to them." - Andrea M
