Love to see the clips of you with friends walking around Paris and you showing off your fun Paris booty. But I confess to feeling slightly guilty watching the yoga as I am drinking an end-of-day gin and tonic…oh well, maybe I’ll do something as stretchy and healthy later.

I don’t know how limber I am; there’s always someone more limber and more stiff, so I don’t really pay too much attention. It’s years and years of yoga, of course, which I know makes me feel good.
