Certified by the Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, CA, Cynthia’s clients include people who want to write, create art, cultivate leadership or realize meaning and balance in their lives.

Cynthia is a published author who leads writing and creativity workshops in Denver, Boulder, and Europe. She combines her coaching skills with her writing and teaching expertise to help writers and artists of all levels and all genres achieve their dreams.

Cynthia’s original impulse and lifelong passion is writing (although she also creates delightful paintings). The author of Create Your Writer’s Life: A Guide to Writing with Joy and Ease, a step-by-step plan for people who want to write, Cynthia publishes an online newsletter: Impulses: A Guide to Creative Living. She also authors a Blog about living a zesty life.  Other publications include poetry, stories, newspaper columns and performance pieces.

Cynthia won the Funds for Writers “They Actually Paid Me to Write” contest in 2005 with her essay, Poetry for the People. She also won the Le Central award for the funniest essay in 2003. She has completed an historical novel set in Paris and is seeking publication. Cynthia is a member of CIPA (Colorado Independent Publishers Association), the Denver Woman's Press Club, and the Colorado Author's League.

Cynthia designs and leads creativity and writing tours in France, where her fluent French comes in handy. In love with French language and culture since the age of 14, and with a degree in French and International Studies, Cynthia has visited France many times and lived there twice. She was awarded a cultural grant from the Alliance Française in 2001 to do research for her novel. Cynthia is a member of the Alliance Française of Denver.

A dynamic and engaging speaker, Cynthia brings the lessons she has learned from coaching and writing to audiences worldwide. She provides keynotes, wrap-up and breakout sessions for writing and creativity conferences.
